When I scrolled down for other shops, I came across BKM Automotive. The most recent stated that he got surprised by how fast they did their work to fix his engine light. It only took three business days in comparison to others that do the same job longer. Both he and another customer highly recommend the level of customer service they provide.
I also consider Ultimate Auto Care despite the location constraint. It is farther away than the first two from me. I still read on even though this is the case. A customer liked how honest and friendly their mechanic and his team is. They clearly know the ins and outs of car repair so that it stays fixed for a longer time.
One downside is they have high customer demands. It would mean that they will be busy at any time. If I ask for their services, I might be ways behind from the line of work accumulating in their shop. It would cost me time that I cannot give.
When I limited my search to those closest to me, I came across Sunny Auto Repair. They are open for service twenty four hours. They have a type of service where a customer can be offered a price of one for the cost of two repairs. They negotiate a deal that is beneficial to him.
One also said they treated his car with extreme care. They also have a systematic procedure. When he told them that he tried doing repairs alone, they had him bring all the parts he bought. Using those, they did all the work for him. This is the only shop he knows that allows a customer to do that.
Great customer service is the key point here. When I see that they will cheat me, I look for another. If I were able to do the fixing myself, I would. However, I cannot. So, looking for one that meets all my conditions is necessary for them to have a loyal customer in me.
